If you receive your Item(s) which do not match your order from us, please kindly contact us within 3 business days and send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make necessary arrangement. If necessary, you will be given the option to have the Perfume replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you (please allow another 2 to 4 business days) when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned. Goods must not be opened and must be sealed in their original condition. We do not accept Goods that have been opened or tested. When shipping the Goods back to us, you are required to pack the item securely to prevent any damages and provide proof of posting or tracking number.
